It all started when Everth Palma, born and raised in Rivas, decided to share the Nicaragua he grew up with — not the tourist version, but the real one. The hidden beaches, the local restaurants, the volcano trails only locals know.
From day one the vision was clear: build a network of the best local guides in Nicaragua — people who were born here, know every corner, and are passionate about sharing their home with travelers from around the world.
The name 'Monkeys' pays homage to Nicaragua's rich wildlife — the howler monkeys of Ometepe, the exotic birds of Selva Negra — symbolizing the wild, authentic spirit of every tour we run.
